Key contributor to the design, coordination and successful execution of the CEMEX Ventures startup accelerator program _
**Main Responsibilities**:
- _Collaborate to define the acceleration methodology and framework _
- _Assist the scouting and selection of the startups cohorts for the program _
- _Coordinate the timely implementation of processes in every stage of the acceleration plan _
- _Provide support both to the CEMEX operations and the startups to organize and run the pilots committed as part of the program_
- _Track and report progress based on defined workplan_
- _Facilitate startups the required connections, resources, and guide in general to ensure goals fulfillment_
- _Constant enhancement plan for the program scope and deployment _
- _Define and implement a holistic communication plan to share the CEMEX Ventures acceleration program, selected startups, results and more_

**Qualifications**:
- _English Proficient_
- _Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Entrepreneurship or Innovation preferably. Master's degree is a plus_
- _Areas of expertise: 5+ years of experience in change management, innovation, communication, business development, strategic planning, venture capital_
- _Interest and experience on graphic and instructional design _
- _Presentation and communication skills _
- _Ability to connect and easily collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds, levels in the organization and experience_
