**Main Responsibilities**:
- Application Management Support: help orchestrate major incidents impacting the business operations.
- Local IT Roadmap & Strategy: work with all stages of project management, from business case development, budgeting, scheduling, and ensure coordination among all stakeholders.
Own the process of end-to-end release and planning schedule, managing, and planning capacity accordingly.
- Project Management: provide oversight to ensure an orderly transition of projects to stable operations.
Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of project development and completion.
Review the quality of the work completed with project teams to ensure that they meet the project standards and committed deliverables.
Monitor progress of projects to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget limitations.
- Organize, coordinate and improve regional and local apps visibility.
- Monitor and escalate Applications Metrics and KPIs
- Ensure planning, budgeting and execution are performed in a controled fashion
**Position Challenges**:
- Manages a mixed environment of legacy environment and the increasing demand for digitalization - with emphasis on ensuring operational/business continuity and transparent customer experience.
- Ensures the smooth implementation of global technology standards and projects in a large enterprise environment.
- Supports the complex and constantly evolving regional business requirements, by keeping track and working with many different teams and business lines.
- Tracks down and make decisions on changes from various teams that can potentially impact business operations in the region.
- Ensures that communication gets delivered on all changes being implemented with all stakeholders in the region.
- Foster interaction and collaboration between several areas and vendors
- Work under pressure and strict timeliness
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of enterprise support, development, and deployment.
- 3-5 years of enterprise architecture and infrastructure management related to networks, cloud computing, and IT facilities.
- Knowledgeable and well-versed with state-of-the-art technologies (Cloud Computing, AI, IoT, Metaverse, Blockchain, Mobility, Private LTE/CBRS, drones, etc).
- Experience in ITIL, ISO 20000, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- College degree (in IT, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Telecoms/Electrical/Industrial Engineering).
- Well-versed with servers and operating systems, networking, servers, databases, virtualization, Citrix, VMWare, telecommunications, Office 365, Power BI, and process automations.
- Knowledge of end-point security, firewalls, network access control, Intrusion Protection System, patching, Identity and Access Management, GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance).
- In-depth knowledge of unified communications technologies particularly MS Teams, IP Telephony, SIP, SBCs, and PBXs.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
