.The role of the Analyst as part of the Business Analytics Global team is to understand gLocal business needs/requirements that fall under de Business Excellence - Business Analytics organization. Specialized in the design and development of data models, automated processes (ingestion-to-visualization) and creation of functional end-products such as: reports, dashboards, KPI's, advanced analytics models, portals & tools; as part of the BA centralized expertise teams.**Main Responsibilities**:- Understand business requirements, use cases, priorities/dependencies of the business request- Understand data sources, business rules, business glossary and make gap analysis- Design the conceptual and the production data model as part of the Business Analytics Global Team- Build effective and sustainable data sets and processes with the complete and necessary data that ensures the optimal ETL needed for the solution- Participate actively in data validation and certification to achieve an effective adoption and enable 'data cells'- Develop powerful data visualizations equipped with great design allowing an easy navigation and interpretation for end-customers- Build valuable reports/dashboards that drive informed decisions and communicate actionable insights to decision-makers- Provide support to existing and ongoing analytic solutions/projects- Configure and assure end user access & security in collaboration with P&IT team**Position Challenges**:- Meet defined timelines for development projects- Be a part of a Global centralized team of experts- Become a specialist in one or more area of expertise (Data modeling, data visualization, etc.)- Adopt a strong customer service focus- Collaborate in multi-area/business lines projects**Qualifications**:- Language Proficiency: Advanced English & Spanish- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree- Areas of expertise: with 1 or 2 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, software, or database development. Any course or certification related with Data Science is a plus.- Technical skills: Cloud Database knowledge (Snowflake, Microsoft SQL, Azure SQL, HANA) or related - Required- Experience with common data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) - Required- Knowledge of SAP Database Structure. - Desired- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Power Apps, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams)
