.Lead the definition and implementation of the global digital marketing strategy to achieve new supply alternatives at a global level. Coordinating the different digital channels available in each market aligned with the company's communications strategy.**Main Responsibilities**:- Design and implementation of digital marketing strategy, focused on the search for new suppliers (globally)- Manage the publication of events (negotiations) through social networks and web platforms- Evaluation of channels and digital KPIs (performance and effectiveness of different channels / platforms)- Alignment of the digital procurement communication strategy with the Cemex corporate communication strategy- Coordination with communications and public affairs and third-party marketing agencies (communication strategy)- Design, build and maintain our social media presence- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and supplier touch points- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners- Evaluate emerging technologies. Master desirable.- PC programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.- Knowledge in Photoshop Editor- + 5 years of experience in Marketing- + 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing- +1 years of experience in Social Network - Community Manager, previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams.- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics)- Experience in Image and photo editors (Photoshop, Lightroom, Corel)- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL: EVP Sustainability, Commercial and Operations Development, Global Supply Chain VP, Central and Regional communication Team, Regional and Country Procurement Heads, Global Procurement Negotiators, Global and Regional Compliance and Global Procurement Center of Excellence
