.P&IT Fronting to lead and manage the team to implement strategies that facilitate smooth transitions on initiatives that require organizational change for key project portfolio projects.**Main Responsibilities**:- Provide effective leadership to the team, setting a positive example and motivating team members to achieve goals.- Effectively allocate resources, including budget for consultants to meet project requirements.- Understand and prioritize internal customer needs, ensuring that the team's efforts contribute to the adoption of their projects.- Develop and implement strategic change management plans to achieve organizational objectives, aligning team efforts with overall company goals.- Set clear and achievable goals for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance individual and collective effectiveness.- Seek opportunities for improvement and relevant change management trends.**Position Challenges**:- Manage aggressive timelines and multiple parallel changes- Influencing other areas to work and commit on plans and reports- Risk and ISSUE mitigation management across all the P&IT Project Portfolio- Muti-tasking environment and able to provide guidance and support to the team on specific tasks- Lead and guide specific projects (depending on size).- Driving conversations with internal customers. To execute and align proper communication channels for stakeholders- Discipline to manage a successful delivery in a fast-paced environment**Qualifications**:- Strong knowledge on corporate and functional areas of the company- English Language Proficiency- Master's degree is desired- (10+ years) managing projects portfolios with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams where business process and technology areas are involved- (10+ years) using methodology frameworks to achieve results in a disciplined way- Budget control and administration capabilities- Understand technology topics- Ability to coach and mentor team members- Encourage cross functional team collaboration.
