.Provide business analysis, formulate recommendations to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas. Read and translate business needs into value generating performance management solutions and processes. Support and manage from end-to-end Commercial Development projects ensuring high customer satisfaction.**Main Responsibilities**:- Manage cross functional/network/global projects for Commercial Development functional area.- Develop process and systems expertise in Lead to Cash processes- Perform: business process analysis, diagnosis and mapping, business case definition, "what if" scenarios mapping, on demand research about latest technologies, methodologies etc.- Identify and propose new project opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and innovate within CEMEX operations.- Execute global/regional/country consulting services in all phases: discovery, definition, development, and implementation.- Support CEMEX digitalization process, participating in projects related with new technologies, data models, artificial intelligence and IoT.**Position Challenges**:- Lead and be Accountable of enablement of solutions for Global Initiatives- Responsible for global, cross functional initiatives working on multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.- Multiple cross functional and regional stakeholder management- Adapt to a fast-paced matrix organization with always changing environment and priorities.- Self-starter, proactive, in solving complex and not clearly defined business problems**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Systems, Engineering or related to Design Thinking, BPM or Change Management.Knowledge of PC Programas: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Process modelling tools, programming softwares, Power BI or Data visualization.Fluent English and SpanishPrevious experience in Business intelligence and reporting experience3 years in Business analysis, process management, process improvementBasic knowledge of new ways of working methodologies (Design Thinking, Service design Agile Management principles)Knowledge of building materials production processesChange management knowledgeKey finance management concepts awareness**Soft Skills**:- Capable of interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams.- Committed and passionate- Effective Communication, influencing and good presentation skills.- Hands-on mentality- Customer Service Oriented- Analytical and detail oriented- Capability to explain and "translate" into simple, actionable, terms abstract concepts.- Proactive and problem-solving oriented mindset.**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL:- Global Commercial Areas Leaders & teams- P&IT Areas Leaders & teams: IT Opps, IT Planning, IT Security, Data Architecture, Deployment, Emerging Technologies, etc.- Program Management Office- Regional Deployment teamsEXTERNAL:- Research Organizations & Foundations (i.E
