Coordinate and execute internal HR communication, compensation & benefits monthly communication plan. Coordinate annual ferias events (travels & benefits).
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Skandia Portal:
- Cuenta Retiro y Cuenta Ahorrar employee databases
- Retirees Settlement transfer to Sub account Cuenta Ahorrar
- Cuenta ahorrar loan approval & reporting /monitoring insufficiency cases.
- Monthly tracking for scheduled salaries increases.
- Car bonus tracking
- Support & implement compensation salary proposals.
- Execute monthly internal communication & benefit plan (Insurance, Cuenta retiro, Cuenta ahorrar, others).
- Coordinate with treasury Investments Committee plan agenda.
- Mercer Annual Compensation Survey.

**Qualifications**:
- 100% English and Spanish proficiency.
- Academic Background: Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years' working experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced Office 365 skills, understanding of learning technology platforms, SSFF.
- Integrity, determination, creativity, ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, willingness to learn.
