Part of the team in charge of the Group's Debt and relations with Rating Agencies and Financial Institutions.**Main Responsibilities**:- With different, growing level of participation and responsibility participate in:- Execution of financing transactions, including syndicated loans (term loans and RCF's), bilateral facilities, securitizations, bonds and others- Interaction with Banks and Rating Agencies- Preparation of ad-hoc presentations for CFO and Top Management- Preparation of briefings for high-level meetings between CEMEX CEO and CFO with financial institutions- Support the preparation of the 20-F form filed annually with the SEC**Position Challenges**:- Combination of hard and soft skills required.- High level of attention to detail- Tight deadlines perform well under pressure.- Interactions with different areas and geographies, both internal and external**Qualifications**:- Bilingual Spanish /English- Bachelor's degree preferably with focus on finance- Completed (or finalizing) MBA/ master's in finance.- At least 4 years of experience in Finance-related areas in multinational corporates or banks- Strong analytical and numerical skills with at least intermediate knowledge of Financial markets and accounting- Deep knowledge and use of Power Point and Excel- Knowledge of Bloomberg**Internal/External Relations**:Internal: Other Finance Areas, Legal, Comptrollership, Investor Relations, Planning, TaxExternal: Banks and Rating Agencies**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
