.Gather and collaborate through research and feedback the detailed needs, processes, business rules and dataflows to successfully co-design and implement our digital model evolution ensuring sustained adoption.**Main Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and prepare council sessions- Take actions on user feedback and research- Design and maintain adoption dashboards, follow up KPIs and hot-spots actions- Upstream continuous evolution user stories- Team-up with digital marketing for leads management- Collaborate with research, data and culture to focus adoption efforts- Understand and document internal needs that are provided by internal stakeholders (Sales Teams, Sales Backoffice, Inside Sales, Service Centers, Global Commercial and Sustainability Development, Customer Experience) to evolve our digital model- Identify and approach local regulations and business rules updates- Recognize current local tools and practices in place to have a reference impact and transition assessment to design and execute an action plan- Ensure integrity of the data elements across the journey to have the optimum dataflow- Document business cases and use-cases scenarios- Design and evolve digital experiences with engagement**Position Challenges**:- Identify the criticality of model gaps- Maximize the value for our customer and CEMEX from prioritizing upgrades in the model- Effectively identify value-added actions on the journey vs nice-to-have items- Suggest the preliminary priority of evolution items- Ensure the level of detail needed for operative and tactical domains- Project time management and follow-up on plan**Qualifications**:- Spanish and English at least B2 or higher- Bachelor's degree on Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, or Information Technologies- Previous experience on B2B commercial processes and customer assistance, CRM, digital transformation, and product management- MS Office, MS Dynamics for Sales and Customer Service, MS Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, Miro, Aha! JIRA.
