Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance data awareness and analytical skills through targeted communication and training programs.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop, promote, and monitor key metrics to evaluate the progress of the data culture framework.Design and oversee the data-driven communication strategy, emphasizing data adoption and behavioral change.Define and implement global training programs to elevate knowledge and skills across the organization.Facilitate and enhance coordination between direct users and project requirements, aligning with the evolution of our Data Hub.Identify and leverage new opportunities to gather valuable insights that can improve the customer experience.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across various countries, cultures, and backgrounds.Maintain a dynamic and evolving model that integrates comprehensive project information.QualificationsAcademic Background: Analytics Master Degree or similar, +2 years in digital adoption areas or similar.
