.This position will collaborate with regional SMEs to identify pain points and define solutions and ensure development backlog is updated for Dispatcher Console and Dispatching process in Ready-Mix.- Will also ensure P&IT teams understand and deliver the Operational requirements as designed.- Analyze data and process related to CEMEX Supply Chain Deliver capability to reach business objectives, and ensure operations are working based on standard model.- Position is an integral part of CEMEX Supply Chain Development.**Main Responsibilities**:- Define product strategy, roadmap, and benefits for implementing Dispatcher Console, Quality Module and Tracking solutions.- Detecting cross-functional dependencies.- Leading CEMEX Product Management process, organizing and prioritizing the product backlog that follows the business strategy.- Designing communication messages for Product Releases to stakeholders.- Reviewing and tracking development progress and milestones compliance.- Conducting business research (surveys, working sessions, calls, papers, etc.) to complement ideation process and future development.- Making product features recommendations and suggestions to improve business value.**Position Challenges**:- Communicate effectively with different types of audiences, geographies, languages, and organizational levels.- Balance multiple sources of Backlog demand and priorities to meet business strategy and goals.- Make data-driven decisions, must make decisions that are based on evidence and facts, not on assumptions or opinions.- Oversee the entire product development and delivery process, from ideation to launch.- Identify product opportunities and anticipate change, constantly keeping an eye on the market trends and customer needs.- Ability to respond to high pressure requests with time constraints.- Identify underlying process to improve product solutions, closing operational gaps.**Qualifications**:- Fluency in English - written and verbal (is a must)- Administration, Engineering, Technology, Innovation- 2- 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain process- Desirable experience in Ready-Mix Dispatching process- MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Powerpoint- Desirable knowledge in Confluence, Jira, Miro, Visio, SA, Dispatching Systems, Batching Systems, Quality Systems- Teamwork, self-motivated, analytical thinking, and proactive.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Motivated for creating products that make a positive impact on the Operations.- Knowledge of lean management or similar techniques is highly desirable.**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNALSupply Chain, Logistics, P&IT, GES, Commercial Development, UI/UX, Global Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Regional Operations, Quality.EXTERNALLogistics and Supply Chain Consultants
