The **Energy Project Finance Advisor** is tasked with managing financial aspects of utility scale clean energy projects. This includes creating financial models, risk assessments, structuring finance deals, performing due diligence and monitoring the performance of the projects. They engage with stakeholders with stakeholders to structure deals and ensure compliance with regulations. Advanced modeling and slide building skills are required to build the project documentation.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Project Finance Advisor**
- Build Financial Model for Capex, PPAs or SPV projects.
- Perform Risk Analysis (Scenario Matrix)
- Deal Structuring (Debt Sizing)
- Due Diligence (Business Case Verification)
- Reporting (Revenue and Cost Tracking)
- Relationship management (Engineering, Procurement, Permits, Banks)
- Regulatory Compliance (Bankable projects)

**Qualifications**:
- 100% English, 100% Spanish
- Major in Finance or Engineering with a Master in Business or Finance, and concentration in Corporate Finance.
- Projects Finance, Renewable Energy Project Development
- Nice to have Financial Modeling Certification ( i.e. FMVA)
- Financial and data modeling, business intelligence, presentation.
- Skilled in graphics and power point presentations (manage also complex excel files)
