Support the identification, analysis, assessment, mitigation and follow up of the main risks and opportunities that could impact Cemex's strategic objectives.**Main Responsibilities**:- Support the development of the Enterprise Risk Agenda- Develop profiles and dossiers- Develop geopolitical and political analyses and reports- Propose ideas on how to present risk analyses and reports- Support the development of ERM's projects (e.G. Political Risk Index, ERM Global Risk Survey)- Propose and support the development of ERM tools, processes, and guidelines**Position Challenges**:- Consistently deliver high quality analyses targeted towards Top Management- Understand and analyze topics very different in their nature and be able to provide insight on their implications and outlook- Be proactive on topics to analyze and how to communicate them to decision makers- Time management to deliver projects or work on time**Qualifications**:- English / Spanish proficiency- Academic Background (International Relations, Politics, Economics, or related areas)- 1 year of professional experience is desired- Areas of expertise: Politics- Technical Skills required by role: Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills, knowledge and understanding of economics, information management, research, attention to details- Soft Skills: Reliable, proactive, fast learning, self-motivated, teamwork, ability to thrive under uncertainty.**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL- ERM Director- Global ERM Network- Cemex's internal areas (E.G.
