Perform, facilitate, and maintain all the financial calculations, data consolidation and reporting tool management related to the GES Operating Expenses and Chargeback processes.**Main Responsibilities**:- Consolidate, Maintain and Update all KPI's and drivers related to Chargeback and OpEx- Ensure integrity among local databases, reporting tools, institutional tools, and custom/calculation templates.- Chargeback - Follow up and analyze financial behavior between Budget, Actual, Best Estimates, Previous Years- Document and calculate financial and economical variation.- Manage L1 + L2 OpEx and Chargeback Inquiries and Reporting Tool Support- Timely coordinate and follow up Actual Month-to-Month and Budget processes.- Develop good relations with Business Analytics department, GES Global Process Owners, GES BRM Offices, Local/Central Planning, Central Controllership, Financial and Outsourcing Contract management, and Processes & IT Chargeback/OpEx Managers**Position Challenges**:- Timely adapt, implement, and respond to organizational/financial changes and requirements.- Rapid response to inquiries and estimations.- Adaptation through rapid response to inquiries, requests, and organizational/financial changes- Perform thorough analysis and support for customers through extensive databases with different types of inputs and outputs.- Skillfully communicate to our customers the detailed process and information- Ensure validation and integrity of all results at an enterprise level.**Qualifications**:- _Language Proficiency: Advanced English_- _Academic Background: Accounting/Financial/Business Bachelor's degree_- _Areas of Expertise: Finance, Accounting, Costs, Economics, Data Management_- _Technical Skills: Advanced Excel Skills (manage massive databases, reporting, calculation, and validation models), PowerPoint and Think-cell Advanced skills, Power BI Reporting and Service Now Knowledge._- _Soft Skills, Presentation Skills, Organization and Time Management, Communication skills. _**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL:- GES Business Excellence- Planning- Central Controllership- Processes & IT VP- GES BRMEXTERNAL:- No relations**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
