Job DescriptionResponsible for creating and capturing knowledge within the O2C Team. Team member with high collaboration with VCoE, Business Excellence, Global Commercial Development, Digital Enablement, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Business Agility to structure and streamline processes as well as identifying standardization opportunities and recommending automation solutions.
Main ResponsibilitiesProcess ConsultantIdentify new knowledge creationDetect and classify knowledgeEnsure validity and reliability of knowledgeEnable and validate policies and proceduresActive participation in onboarding new employeesProvide special trainingsPromote collaboration networks within the O2C teamsExecute Benchmarking among regions & different industriesEnsure the replication of best practicesImplement automation of activitiesProduct OwnerInfluence other internal and external areas to adopt changeThinking out of the box to propose alternative solutions to current processesPersuade operational teams to completely change a process, adopt new technologies, and adopt recommendations from someone out of their teams.QualificationsBachelor in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.Ideally master's degree or certifications in process evolution such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.At least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash related areas (Commercial, Credit & Collections, Commercial Intelligence)Teamwork, self-motivated, ability to influence others, presentation skills, problem solving, critical thinking.Internal/External RelationsINTERNAL Global-level areas:
