Support to advance CEMEX's overarching D&I strategy through:
- The development and implementation of global D&I initiatives
- Build and manage a global D&I plan
- Explore best practices & opportunities
- Conduct analyses of data related to D&I
- Develop reports & presentations to follow-up on progress
- Coordinate interactions with regional and local D&I teams
- Work with other members of the D&I team and global areas to contribute to firm-wide initiatives to advance in fostering a culture where people with diverse backgrounds succeed.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop Global D&I initiatives roadmap and coordinate implementation
- Supporting & executing across the Global D&I priorities for the year
- Assisting in the preparation of accurate presentations & communications for key stakeholders; and collaborating with departments to gather and analyze statistical information.
- Coordination & logistics for global D&I programming.
- Coordinating with both internal and external partners on execution of D&I initiatives (e.g. identifying & confirming speakers/facilitators, etc.).
- Focused support & increased ownership of the following: Women's Global Network, D&I Council Sessions.
- Performing data analytics, including quantitative, statistical and comparative analysis, to determine patterns and recognize trends; between internal & external areas.
- Conducting research to provide insight on industry trends using publicly available industry and system data.
- Leveraging D&I strategy and local needs across all regions.
- Assists with shaping solutions that draw the connection between diversity, inclusion and innovation.
- Implement CEMEX's D&I offer: Training programs, events, campaigns, etc.
- Possibility to participate as speaker, panelist and moderator in different D&I forums (internal & external)

**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree in business, economics or engineering
- Experience in project management, culture, data analytics and reporting metrics
- Strong written and oral communication and analytical skills, data visualization and project management skills; high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently while collaborating effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving and exceptional customer services both internal and external skills.
- Areas of expertise: PowerPoint, Excel, Organized, creative & passion for driving the topic

INTERNAL
- Main interaction with Regional & Global counterparts: HR, Communications, Social Impact, D&I teams.
- Ensure interaction with all regions, MEX, USA, SCA&C and EMEA, for alignment & coordination purposes.
EXTERNAL
- Interaction with external though partners.
- Participation with external alliances: UN Compact, UN Women, among other potential global alliances.
