Deliver value to the business from Innovating and Standardizing Record to Report processes across CEMEX locations by providing insights to define the best operative model to maximize financial benefits, improve process efficiency, increase customer satisfaction in alignment with "One CEMEX" global initiative and core values.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Transformation Initiatives: Help in the execution of transformation initiatives (global & local) to optimize and standardize current services in alignment with country operations requirements.- Key Performance Indicators: Monitor global key performance indicators for R2R processes to provide overall visibility on the business (closing performance, cost, expenses, volumes, etc.)
to support decision making and to promote internal and external benchmarking- Operative Model: Work towards a single operating model (retained - outsource) to deliver current and new R2R services to achieve cost efficiencies, economies of scale and standardization always ensuring business continuity.- Service Delivery Management: Analyze information aim to facilitate the interaction with third party partners for every matter regarding initiatives, local or global issues as well as to collaborate in the execution and measurement of the contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

**Qualifications**:- English (100%)- Major in Accounting or Business Administration, minor in computer science, information systems.- Business experience in ERP implementations, process improvement (six sigma).- Simulations, benchmarking, cost benefit analysis.- Leadership, Communication, Time Management & Scheduling, Task Management, Analytical, Tech Savvy, Organization, Flexibility, Presentation skills, self-motivated, etc.
