Contribute in designing and delivering of our Talent Management processes and development programs focusing on creating, develop capabilities and further exposure and career options.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Connect with CEMEX Central audience worldwide to understand and address learning and development needs- Coordinate with OHR- P&D - the launch, execution, follow-up, and closure our Talent Management processes (Performance, Talent Review, Succession)- Identify succession gaps through data analysis and statistics based on our talent processes- Responsible of coordinating and executing our Development Committee and Scholarship program.- Ensure experience and content quality within forums and programs - analyzing audience reactions and progress towards desired career path- Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates on-the-job training for new employees.
