Ensure the adequate administration, management of processes and Human Resources functions, advising and facilitating the implementation and compliance of the applicable Policies and Procedures to the staff, satisfying and exceeding expectations with quality and opportunity following the strategies of the Business Unit, generating value added to the organization and always fostering an environment of harmony and security.
Coordinate all the activities related to the hiring of the necessary personnel for the Global Projects, managing first hand with the HR area of each country, or external personnel for the hiring.
**LOCATION OF POSITION**: Monterrey, Nuevo León
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage the recruitment, selection, hiring and induction process
- Promote a good working environment
- Coordinate hosting, food and transportation services
- Ensure staff training, facilitating access to information and training and accrediting it.
- Staff Management
- Supply and control of uniforms
- Supply and control of computer equipment
- Definition of travel expense policy
- Attention to the workers union
- Review of ethics cases
- Accompaniment in staff resignation processes
- Processing of work permits abroad.
**Position Challenges**:
- Strengthen the relationship with the workers union and have a stable climate of labor peace, in accordance with company policies.
- Advise and facilitate the administration / management of HR processes.

**Qualifications**:
- Oral and written English (B2 minimum required)
- Academic Background: University studies
- Areas of expertise: RRHH 4 years minimum
- Technical Skills required by role: Planning, Development and Training of Personnel
- Soft Skills: Focused on Results, Problem Solving, Communication, Leadership, Ability to relate to people at all organizational levels
