Support IR team in the process of developing messages for Top Management and the financial community, through the execution of several key activities such as monitoring economic indicators relevant for the cement industry, analyst reports, preparing presentations and other quarterly report related documents.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring and preparing of reports on economic indicators relevant to the industry for discussions with investors and analysts
- Support in the process of preparing Monthly and ExCo Presentations for EVP of Investor Relations, Corp. Communications and Public Affairs
- Assist in the process of developing CEMEX's institutional presentation
- Monitoring release of analyst's reports on CEMEX, summarizing and sharing them with
- Compiling analyst's estimates
- Assist in the process of developing quarterly report documents: report, presentation, press release, etc.
- Support in the process of developing presentations for CEMEX Day.
**Position Challenges**:
- Detail-oriented (very important), information prepared by the IR team is directed to key stakeholders and often made public
- Aggressive timelines, build/nurture/expand professional network, delivery of public documents with regulatory agencies and financial public where accuracy and consistency is essential
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English - written and verbal (is a must)
- Finance - ideally understanding of Financial Statements
- Detail oriented, eager to learn, service attitude, working under pressure and meeting tight timelines, receptive to feedback, externally focused
- MS Office suite (mostly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of the financial markets
