Head of the Lead to Quote (L2Q) and CRM digital solutions.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize, define, and lead the development of digital solutions related to the "Lead to quote" processes and CRM Solutions.
- Assure the Digital Solutions lifecycle: Conceptualization, budget, business case, technologies evaluation (RFI, RFP), processes & functionalities definitions, development, deployment support, transfer solution to support, adoption tracking, success KPIs.
**Position Challenges**:
- Assure having a global model (processes & functionalities)
- Define and negotiate a global roadmap and timelines with aggressive enablement and deployment goals.
- Stay up to date on best practices, technologies, and innovation to include in CEMEX Evolution roadmap.
- Negotiate with Commercial Development Areas, Product Management and Operations to assure a consistent model and synergies.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of +15 people assuring on time deliverables with high quality.
- Optimize team capacity to enable more functionalities with less resources.
**Qualifications**:
- English: 100%
- Bachelor's in science preferably in: Information Technology or engineering degrees.
- Ideal: Master's degree.
- +10 years of experience leading digital solutions teams
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of +15 people
- +10 years of Commercial solutions experience: CRM, Sales & Distribution, pricing & quoting, omnichannel, eCommerce, Customer Data Platforms, Contact Centers as a Service, reporting & analytics.
- +5 years of "business processes" experience.
- +3 years of experience in Microsoft solutions: Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Bi.
- Management, negotiation, presentation, and public speaking experience/skills.
Self-motivated.
