(CEN) MAINTENANCE AND CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISORDate: Sep 25, 2024Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance and Critical Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing solutions to facilities operational infrastructure as well as day-to-day operations. You will be managing a maintenance team in various disciplines and coordinating external contractors.Main ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Oversight: Ensure the continuous functioning and maintenance of all critical infrastructure systems (such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing).Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.Emergency Response: Plan and coordinate responses to infrastructure emergencies, including disaster recovery strategies.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all practices adhere to Health and Safety standards.Team Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.Provide a service-oriented maintenance approach.Provide a multiplier effect towards a safety-oriented operation.QualificationsProven experience in infrastructure maintenance or a similar role, typically requiring at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.Strong understanding of building systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Technical training and certifications relevant to facility management and critical infrastructure systems are highly advantageous.Internal/External RelationsINTERNALHealth and SafetyEXTERNALContractorsCEMEX Diversity and Inclusion StatementAt CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
