**Main Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and optimize aspects of the Supply Chain Orchestrate Capability to ensure efficient operations, cost-effectiveness and alignment to commercial strategy.
- Responsible of Supply Chain metrics for the different attributes and levels using SCOR model.
- Analyze and understand performance gaps (Customer NPS, Economic, Environmental).
- Share information that allows cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of goods and services, ultimately contributing to cost savings, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the supply chain function.
**Position Challenges**:
- Ensure and review data accuracy, considering different sources, to analyze supply chain behavior.
- Coordinating with several teams from different departments, geographies, languages, and organizational levels.
- Staying current with rapidly evolving supply chain analytics tools and technologies can be demanding.
- Ability to convey main ideas in a visually engaging manner, demonstrating expertise in presentation design to ensure impactful communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication, fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong aptitude for crafting compelling presentations to effectively communicate key concepts
- Academic Background (Industrial Engineer, Administration, Marketing)
- Supply Chain Process (Strategic, Tactical or Operational level), Communication or Marketing.
- Technical Skills required: Capacity to understand complex information (numerical), Supply Chain process (SCOR).
- Soft Skills (management projects, capacity to communicate main ideas in visual presentation, public speaking, self-motivated.)
