If you're passionate about shaping the future of sales strategy and pricing in the construction materials industry, we invite you to join us in our mission.**Main Responsibilities**:- Analyze sales/pricing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategic roadmaps for efficiency across regions/business units.- Coordinate the upstream design of pricing evolution initiatives and ensure successful deployment by collaborating with support teams, and vendors.- Own the development of global pricing analytics KPI's and BI visualization- Facilitate knowledge transfer across regions, ensuring alignment in global pricing definitions through the Global Pricing Forum track's agenda.- Craft consistent business cases to support project's value, impact and alignment with company's priorities.- Coordinate the stakeholders' management roadmap for strategic lead-to-quote projects.**Position Challenges**:**Managing Global Collaboration**: Coordinating initiatives across regions while ensuring alignment among diverse teams and stakeholders.**Navigating Complex Data**: understand sales and pricing data sources and integration requirements to the commercial data hub to produce relevant analytics.**Balancing Priorities**: Effectively managing multiple responsibilities, including strategic planning, business case development, and stakeholder coordination.**Driving Change**: Implementing pricing evolution initiatives and new strategies while overcoming internal resistance and fostering buy-in from stakeholders.**Staying Agile**: Adapting strategies quickly to address project's dynamics and emerging challenges.**Qualifications**:- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, industrial engineering, or related field - MBA on related field is a plus.- Possess 5 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, pricing strategy, revenue management or related roles.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps.- Data analytics experience and proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders- Professional Pricing certification(s) is a plus
