**Main Responsibilities**:- Create and maintain the project planning and control tools.- Ensure and develop standards for the planning and control processes.- Coordinate the creation of the project master schedule as a key role to integrate, establishing milestones and commitments with project stakeholders.- Provide training support to the members of the project management teams (Regional teams and external employees).**Position Challenges**:- Coordinate and obtain the metrics for the assessment of the program to support the decision-making process.- Coordinate and obtain the elaboration of programs and strategies for their execution.- Coordinate and define strategic action plans.- Define clearly the necessities and requirements to the accomplishment of the objectives.- Establish clear communication channels with the work team.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree: Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineer, Project Administration.- Knowledge of PC Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project- English and Spanish 100%- 0-5 years in manufacturing, materials, Cement, and project administration.- General knowledge of engineering, equipment, construction procedures and project management.- Structured & analytical, can detect relevant facts for integral problem solving.- Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish common goals.- Leadership, team player, moderator, advising, charismatic, ethical, self-driven.- Understanding of a proper balance between office work and field work.**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL- Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Construction Coordinator- HR (Regional & Central), GSO/BSO (Regional & Central), Planning (Regional & Central)- Procurement, IT, EH&S- Internal Control/PAEXTERNAL- External Advisors- Governmental Entities- CEOs of main equipment suppliers.- CEOs of global Engineering and construction companies**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
