Design and implement social impact projects through local Social Impact colleagues, aligned to our business and company's priorities.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Project Management (Conception & Initiation, Definition and Planning, Launch execution, Performance & Control and Project Close)
- Knowledge of agile models and design thinking methodologies
- Communication with regions for projects implementations
- Develop business cases
- Generate insights for decision making

**Qualifications**:
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree in Strategy and Business Transformation, Entrepreneurship, Business Digital Transformation Engineering, Industrial Engineer and Administration, Business Intelligence or related.
Preferred 1 year of CEMEX Business Knowledge to identify and connect project opportunities.
1 year of Knowledge of project management models
2 years proficiency in the development of business cases, analytical mind-set
