Adding value to Cemex via the staffing and onboarding processes with the main objective of strengthening our leadership pool supporting the business strategy and its continuity.**Main Responsibilities**:- Ensure the correct execution of the E2E talent acquisition process. Job profiles, management of vacancies, interviews, and exam scheduling.- Control and administration of institutional tools that support the talent acquisition process.- Knowledge of database design, analysis and feeding, KPI.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies in coordination with recruitment partner.- Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other outreach activities to attract top talent.- Coordinate with different departments to ensure all necessary resources are available for a seamless onboarding experience.- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are integrated into the company culture.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in staffing and onboarding.- Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to the staffing and onboarding processes.- Coordinate events for students and universities.- Participate in different workforce committees.**Position Challenges**:- Execute actions to improve HR processes.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or any other related to business.- 1-3 years of experience in HR as generalist.- Proven experience in staffing and recruitment, with a focus on attracting top talent.- Advanced in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point).- Database analysis and feeding.- Desirable Power Bi and/or Power Apps.- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.- Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.- Proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful outcomes.**Internal/External Relations**:**INTERNAL**:- Business managers- HR and Staffing team- HR Services- Employees- Medical staff- P&IT Facilities**EXTERNAL**:- Service providers- Universities & Institutions**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
