**Main Responsibilities**:- Analyze market conditions, competitor strategies and performance to identify opportunities towards improving CEMEX businesses positioning in the industry- Explore and analyze trends regarding strategy definition and execution in both our industry and others- Participate in (and occasionally lead) project work streams of projects for CEMEX- Support implementation and monitor progress in CEMEX special projects- Develop materials for top management meetings**Position Challenges**:- High attention to detail expected- Profound analytical and proactive mindset should be reflected- Working under pressure and demanding timeliness- Prepare material and communication for high profile executives in the company**Qualifications**:- Academic Background: College, at least 5 years of work experience, MBA (highly desired)- Subject / Major: Accounting, Administration, Economy, Finance, Industrial engineering, or other Engineering majors- Experience: Strategic Planning (highly desired), Consulting, Finance, Planning, Project Management, Business Development, Innovation, or equivalent experience- Languages (proficient): English- Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint- Pursuing Excellence: Strong business acumen, executive presentation skills, structured critical thinker, attentive to detail while keeping the big picture in sight- Working as One CEMEX: Team player, results driven.
