.Manage and execute an effective communication strategy, global Procurement programs (H&S, Sustainability, Innovation, others), and strategic evolution projects (training academy, NPs score, others) to ensure the continuous improvement and evolution of our Procurement Model and practices.**Main Responsibilities**:- Establish communication strategy to improve and maintain a fluent and coordinated participation between Procurement countries/regions, internal and external audiences, and Global Procurement- Determine the evolution of the Suppliers website to ensure effective, interesting, and accurate information, maintaining and improving the participation of suppliers and interest areas- Integrate and inform the Procurement's annual progress and achievements to share with external audiences- Coordinate the Contractors Health & Safety evaluation (liability policies, risk premiums, security manuals, and accreditations, among other requirements), to reduce the risk of injury in the pursuit of zero accidents in our operations- Conduct the supplier's sustainability evolution ensuring the active participation from all procurement countries and global Procurement suppliers- Establish, plan, and conduct suppliers sharing ideas and best practices that help optimize costs, processes and services.- Define NPS score from suppliers, internal customers, and procurement employees to develop action plans and KPIs to follow-up the performance improvement- Development of the Procurement Academy, build content and update materials with topics of interest- Lead and manage a group of interns to support projects and activities**Position Challenges**:- Ensure effective communication within Procurement and other areas- Attend and advance in different topics simultaneously- Ability to understand needs and offer solutions accordingly- Agree with other areas on common strategies to implement worldwide- Organize work teams and tasks to meet deadlines- Self-starter and proactive in defining impact strategies**Qualifications**:- Language Proficiency: Written and spoken English and Spanish- Academic Background: Communications, Marketing or related and master's degree- Areas of expertise: Communications, Innovation, Supply Chain, Planning,- Technical Skills required by role: Procurement, Operations, international working- Soft Skills: Creative, ability to define, coordinate and execute, organized, self-sufficient**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL:- Regional and Country Procurement- Health & Safety- Sustainability- Innovation- Communication- HR / CEMEX University- GES- Legal ComplianceEXTERNAL:- Suppliers- Third-party evaluators & providers**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business
