(CEN) SUPPLY CHAIN DEVELOPMENT ANALYSTDate: Sep 18, 2024Job DescriptionAnalyze & assess CEMEX's Supply Chain processes and capabilities to reach business objectives and secure operations are working based on standard model.Main ResponsibilitiesWork with regional Supply Chain teams to monitor and collect data on current operations.Analyze information to determine areas for performance improvement.Develop process improvement draft for reviewing approval.Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions and implement changes.Create performance reports for management to review.Review different data sources to analyze Supply Chain behavior & performance.Coordinate with several teams from different departments, geographies, languages, and organizational levels.Respond to high pressure requests with time constraints.Availability to travel 1-2 weeks per month.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration (preferably engineering).Proficiency in Spanish & English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Prior experience: 1-2 years in Supply Chain processes (Strategic or tactical level).Experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) (desirable).General knowledge of agile methodology.Soft skills: Project management skills, excellent presentation/report skills, public speaking, self-motivated, teamwork, analytical thinking, effective verbal/written communication, proactive.Internal/External RelationsINTERNALSupply chain from all the regions (Mexico, US, SCAC & EMEAA), Process & IT, Operations (areas, business units, etc.), GES.EXTERNALCEMEX Diversity and Inclusion StatementAt CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
