Analyze & assess CEMEX's Supply Chain processes and capabilities to reach business objectives and secure operations are working based on standard model.**Main Responsibilities**:- Work with regional Supply Chain teams to monitor and collect data on current operations- Analyze information to determine areas for performance improvement- Develop process improvement draft for reviewing approval- Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions and implement changes- Create performance reports for management to review**Position Challenges**:- Review different data sources to analyze Supply Chain behavior & performance- Coordinating with several teams from different departments, geographies, languages, and organizational levels- Ability to respond to high pressure requests with time constraints- Availability to travel 1-2 weeks per month**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration (preferably engineering)- Proficiency in Spanish & English- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)- **Prior experience**:- (1-2 years) on Supply Chain processes (Strategic or tactical level)- Experience on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) (desirable)- General knowledge of agile methodology- **Soft skills**: Project management skills, excellent presentation/report skills, public speaking, self-motivated, teamwork, analytical thinking, effective verbal/written communication, proactive**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL- Supply chain from all the regions (Mexico, US, SCAC & EMEAA), Process & IT, Operations (areas, business units, etc.), GESEXTERNAL- Transportation experts, supply chain experts, supply chain platform vendors**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
