Urbanization Solutions within Cemex is organized around four verticals: Performance Materials (e.G., concrete admixtures), Industrialized Construction (e.G., precast elements), Circularity (e.G., construction, demolition, and excavation waste), and Related Services (e.G., logistic services).The Urbanization Solutions analyst is intended to drive the rapid growth and establishment of the business unit from emerging practices to regional franchises, aiding:- Global business operations expansion- Strategic analysis and studies- Pursuit of business development prospects**Main Responsibilities**:- BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: Analyze and create detailed monthly reports for top management. Collaborate closely with key regional leaders to gather insights, ensuring a clear understanding of performance trends and supporting informed decision-making.- BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & MARKET INSIGHTS: Analyze new trends and technologies, market conditions, competitors' strategies, and performance, and identify opportunities to grow Urbanization Solutions; help consolidate knowledge and lessons learned.- ROADMAPS & BUSINESS PLANS: Support market deep dive analyses, work streams of internal consulting projects, Business Plans, and other strategic initiatives.- PIPELINE & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Support assessment of business development opportunities across geographies and within the Construction Value Chain; assist analysis review.- MANAGEMENT PRESENTATIONS: Develop materials for top management, ExCo, Board meetings, investors, and diverse events.- INTERNAL COORDINATION: Help develop and disseminate an Urbanization Solutions culture with the support of internal and external ambassadors; act as an advocate whensupporting coordination with other areas of Cemex (e.G., innovation, sustainability)**Position Challenges**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, economics, or built environment.- Desirable 1-2 years of experience in Planning, Finance, or Innovation.- Problem-solving skills: Outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to deal with complexity.- Presentation skills: Outstanding skills in conveying information to an audience in an impactful and engaging manner, structuring content logically and coherently, and ensuring a clear flow of ideas.- Research capabilities: Conduct thorough and meticulous research to gather, analyze, and synthesize relevant information from diverse sources, providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making.- Interpersonal skills: Team player with strong communication skills and sensitivity to customers' needs
