- Establish and maintain a corporate UX strategy (UX guidelines and standards).
- Tools and practices maintained and used to deliver UX services
- User research, Personas, Market research

- Usability testing, A/B testing
- Information architecture, card sorting
- Wireframes
- Heuristic review
- Support projects with UX and UI tasks
- Stay updated on the best UX practices and methods
- Ownership of creating a UX corporate culture
- Document and support the execution of UX analysis processes
- Design systems management

**Qualifications**:
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree and master's degree in one of the following areas: Graphic Design, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Management.
- +4 Years of UIUX related experience.
- Sketch/Figma, Invision
- Public speaking, presentation skills, empathetic, good listener.
