.We are looking for a creative and empathetic UX researcher to be the user advocate and to help our stakeholders better understand user needs, motivations.As a UX researcher, you will design, plan, and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to deliver actionable insights needed to provide the best user experience.Your role is essential to promote the value of UX practices and research findings across the organization.If you are passionate about bringing the voice of the customer to the table, then we'd love to hear from you!**Main Responsibilities**:- Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to define user research objectives.- Design and lead the execution of research studies.- Explore different research methodologies and decide which one would obtain the best results considering scope: time, budget, project maturity/development stage, research objective- Analyze information, analyze findings, spot patterns and trends to draw conclusions which you will then turn into actionable Insights to be shared with stakeholders and the rest of the team- Share user insights with diverse audiences in creative ways to raise awareness on user needs- Sometimes take it a step further and design ideation workshops to ease your stakeholders' decision making- Contribute to UX research processes documentation and evolution (templates, repositories, and new practices).- Share UX knowledge with other teams through training and workshops**Position Challenges**:- Influencing other areas- Deliver actionable insights- Involve stakeholders in research activities.- Provide a user-focused point-of-view in conversations with other teams.**Qualifications**:- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, innovation, psychology, or equivalent practical experience.- Areas of expertise: at least 2 years of practical experience in user research/user experience- Technical skills: Desirable data analytics and agile methodology- Experience with qualitative and user-centered methodologies; one-to-one interviews, usability testing, survey design, heuristic analysis, etc.- Experience facilitating workshops.- Soft Skills:- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.- Ability to drive multiple projects at the same time- Customer and stakeholder empathy- Proactive and self-driven- Teamwork /collaboration- Communication skills- Analysis and synthesis skills- Creative Problem Solving- Desirable: storytelling skills to get buy in from stakeholders when advocating for users/Sharing insights**Internal/External Relations**:Internal:- Product Management- UX &Product Design- Customer Experience- Digital MarketingExternal:- CEMEX Go users- CEMEX customers- Consultants and UX agencies (occasionally)**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business
