**Main Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with product management and UX designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all platforms. Maintain and evolve the global design system.
- Coordinate daily calls and meetings with Scrum Team, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the correct and timely completion of deliverables for each project.

- Designing interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of a diverse range of users.
- Balancing aesthetics and functionality: balance between creating visually appealing interfaces while maintaining functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with other teams: UI designers often work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers. Collaboration can be challenging if team members have different priorities, preferences, or communication styles.
- Adapting to changing project requirements: Changes in project requirements or scope.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years' experience in UI/UX related work.
- Desirable involvement in international projects with technology and/or construction background.
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken).
- Bachelor/master's degree in graphic design or UI/UX related studies.
- Proficiency in design software (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other similar tools).
- Knowledge and experience working with prototyping tools such as InVision and Marvel.
- Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, and composition).
- Knowledge of design principles (user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design).
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology and design systems.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes.
- Communication, business processes, negotiation, and project management skills.
