Job DescriptionThe role of the Workflows Analyst is to automate service delivery by applying programming skills to build logical flows and smart forms to improve end user experience through digital workflows.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and test digital workflows to digitize and automate GES service delivery using ServiceNow automation platformProvide technical support on operating servicesSupport the digitization process by defining user stories, generating technical documentation, and providing testing support and follow up of service configurationEnsure development standards and guidelines are followedHave a deep understanding in ServiceNow's functionalities and modules and keep up to date in new released functionalitiesPosition ChallengesLearning and understanding of digitization requirementsAct as a gap bridge between business stakeholders and technology to effectively communicate and understand needs that translate into automated workflow solutionsCoordinate people of diverse functional disciplines, conduct process discussions, and generate consensus agreementsInstill a continuous improvement mindsetChallenge existing processes to drive optimization and standardizationQualificationsEnglish language proficiencyAcademic Background: Systems Engineering Bachelor's Degree or relatedAreas of expertise1+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams1+ years of experience in software programming related positions.Experience developing web based solutions using JavaScript, SQL, .NET, CSS3Experience configuring in ServiceNow instances desiredAny ServiceNow certification(s) desiredSoft SkillsAbility to effectively assess customer needs while consulting and building solutionsTime-managementProblem solvingHighly motivated and result-drivenTeamwork orientedInternal/External RelationsINTERNALGES Area ManagersProcurement Area ManagersGES Business Excellence TeamServiceNow Product OwnersBusiness SMEsP&IT technical teamsEXTERNALServiceNow Partners and Consultants#J-18808-Ljbffr
