**Main Responsibilities**:
- Design, build and test digital workflows to digitize and automate GES and Procurement service delivery using automation platforms such as ServiceNow, Office365 and others
- Provide technical support on operating services
- Lead the digitization process by defining user stories, generating technical documentation, and providing testing support and follow up of service configuration
- Collaborate with team members of GES areas and business to review automation opportunities and benefits
**Position Challenges**:
- Learning and understanding of digitization requirements, including understanding services within the disciplines of Business Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Procurement.
- Act as a gap bridge between business stakeholders and technology to effectively communicate and understand needs that translate into automated workflow solutions
- Coordinate people of diverse functional disciplines, conduct process discussions, and generate consensus agreements
- Instill a continuous improvement mindset
- Challenge existing processes to drive optimization and standardization
**Qualifications**:
- English language proficiency
- Academic Background: Systems Engineering Bachelor's Degree or related
- Areas of expertise
- 1+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- 1+ years of experience in software programming related positionsTechnical Skills required by role.
- Experience developing web based solutions using JavaScript, SQL,.NET, CSS3
- 1+ years of experience configuring in ServiceNow instances desired
- ServiceNow CSA certification desired
