TasksThis position has responsibility to drive key projects and/or to lead task forces and teams within ContiTech to impact the results of the various BU's and Central Functions through the development of CBS within the ContiTech Division in Mexico. They have primary responsibility leading the execution of CBS as a holistic management system within an assigned Region. The role acts as coach to multiple Sites, value streams and interacts as primary contact with Central & BU CBS coaches, site CBS coaches and specialist in supporting site teams, operations and technology leaders at all levels, to help drive overall factory or functional productivity. The Coach/Sensei role uses CBS programs, through the facilitation of Value Stream mapping, A3 Thinking, Rapid Improvement Events and Managing for Daily Improvement to transfer knowledge of Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to the Regional organization of ContiTech a Division of Continental AG.**Qualifications**:- English Fluent- Experience in:- Structured Problem solving- Kaizen- 5S- Visual management- VSM- Strategy Deployment / TPOC- six sigma, which level, certified- Technical Knowledge & Experience in Operations and or Functions with implementing as well as coaching the implementation of lean principles, methods, framework to drive operational results- Lean Leadership Management skills, tools and techniques (balanced scorecard, best practices, Benchmarking, etc)- Interpersonal skills (team skills, influencing skills, confilct management, open mindedness, networking)- Communications skills, including presentations, moderation and negotiation techniquesProblem solving and decision making tools and techniques- Project and Task Force Management- Business ProcessesAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
