Central Cbs Coach

DescriptionThis position has responsibility to drive key projects and/or to lead tarces and teams within ContiTech to impact the results of the various BUs and Centrnctions through the development of CBS within the ContiTech Division in.
They have primary responsibility leading the execution of CBS as a holistic management system within an assigned Region.
The role acts as coach to multiple Sites, value streams and interacts as primary contact with Central & BU CBS coaches, site CBS coaches and specialist in supporting site teams, operations and technology leaders at all levels, to help drive overactory nctional productivity.
The Coach/Sensei role uses CBS programs, through tcilitation of Value Stream mapping, A3 Thinking, Rapid Improvement Events and Managir Daily Improvement to transfer knowledge of Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to the Regional organization of ContiTech a Division of Continental AG.
