**Central Process Engineer for Secondary Lead Prep**

**Summary**

Development & support of Machinery and tools for Manufacture, as well as the design, build, debug and support of testing equipment.
**Responsabilities**:

- Demonstrate Engineering and Manufacturing expertise.
- Procure and implement robust manufacturing machinery and tools that meet Manufacturing System Design (MSD).
- Ensure project costs are controlled and the budget is met.
- Generate and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement.
- Support and comply with EOS requirements.
- Deliver required documentation for equipment provided to the plants: documentation related to Handoff procedure.
- Provide machinery and tools training and recommendations to help the plant become self-sufficient
- Statistically establish capability of tools, equipment or systems.
- Provide the necessary support to ensure flawless launches.
- Communicate status of projects and keep abreast of technology.
**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree (substantial experience in equipment or machinery development engineering field).
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish).
- Knowledge and experience installing and releasing machinery.
- Knowledge and Experience following procedures.
- Team worker
- Communicate status of projects and keep abreast of technology.
- Knowledge in safety standards
- 1-2 years in similar position
