**Main responsibilities**:
- Optimize resources and cost
- Coordinate and schedule FTL / LTL / MILKRUNS routes for FCM NAO plants.
- Coordination of plant requirements for the creation of new routes according to the best logistics chain, available resources and transit times, feasibility and cost.
- Perform monthly evaluation of transportation lines and work with them to obtain improvements in service with the plants.
- Quote and execute prior authorization Exceptional & Expedite Freights (USFR), managed through the platform selected by the Group.
- Review and monitoring of improvement projects and detection of savings in existing routes.
- Data analysis and broad criteria to make decisions about problems of the operation.
- Review and authorize additional costs for overflows in plant routes.
- Manage information necessary to comply with the regulations indicated in the programs managed by the company such as CTPAT (requirements made by Plants and / or Customs Area)
- Coordinate with actors involved in the supply chain actions to attack issues that represent problem / challenge / area of opportunity to the transportation network of FCM NAO plants.
- Scale to n+1 or corresponding area current and potential problems throughout the transport process and notify the same to plants.
- Propose actions/countermeasures to potential or already identified problems.
- Prepare the reports that are required in the area, by the N + 1 and / or another department that requires information for the development of its activities.
- Meet the KPI objectives assigned annually.
- Participation in the implementation of the TEO system of the entire MX / USA network within the corresponding scope (Transport Operation)
- Management and sending of FO and FSD to the different transports and support in the problems that are related to the correct sending of the system information.
- Daily optimization of active routes.
- System reports and data analysis to detect areas of opportunity and improvements
Ratings:
- Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade / International Relations / Logistics / Industrial Engineering
- 2 years in the area of Logistics and / or Traffic (preferably in the automotive sector)
