**Key Responsibilities**- Drives value creation/value capture, proposes novel solutions based on the customers' needs.- Works together with the sites to identify and propose launch solutions, ensures launch success as well as engineering of solutions across our One PPG Organization- Works with the customer, technical and sales team to provide product launch expertise- Leads and coordinates internal and external teams to deliver on the final agreed product specifications- Supports cost / process mapping and value propositions; assist in ACTs for growth and cost reduction- Will work with local site teams to resolve complicated crisis situations for ongoing production- While primarily working regionally, this person will be called upon to resolve complex situations on a global basis if in line with their area of expertise.**Qualifications**- Substrate Protection Application, Topcoat Application- Robot Programming- Color theory, science, measurement, analysis, management- Chemical Engineering Engineer- Provides assistance in management, design and engineering of equipment for large growth projects- Develop project timeline documents, manage execution and spending for large scale projects**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
