**Responsibilities**:- Obtain certification to present and facilitate technical quality training related to process specifications and workmanship standards.- Teach and demonstrate principles, techniques, procedures, and/or methods of building or inspecting product.- Select and assemble materials, supplies, and equipment for training courses.- Evaluate participant competency to ensure understanding of materials.- Supports implementation of continuous improvement into training.- May provide training across sites as needed.- Individual job duties may vary.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline in education, engineering, communication & administration preferred. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of experience is required.- Preferred Bilingual- 1 year of experience in educational field preferred- Visa Required- Availability to travel- Available to work in 2nd shift- Excel Skills- Must be authorized to work in Mexico. without sponsorship now or in the future.
