**Job Description Summary**: The engineering student will be supporting the CF6-GP7200 teams in design activities with limited complexity related to configuration hardware such as: tubes, brackets, heat shields and harnesses.
The student will be receiving technical guidance from the experts on change in design process, hand calculations, finite element analysis interpretation, maintainability and producibility process as well as limited collaboration with manufacturing and sourcing.
The student will:

- Support design engineers with technical duties of limited scope.
- Make hand calculations or simple FEA to assess design feasibility
- Coordinate discussions with manufacturing and sourcing to implement in field and production the proposed designs.
- Coordinate with analysis and product definition team the design proposals and assure the delivery of design drawings.
- Look for opportunities of improving processes and designs and executed them.
