**Job Description Summary**: The CF6-GP7200 staff fleet engineer will take all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other performance parameters.
She/he will develop practical and innovative ways of identifying and meeting business/program priorities related to customers and technical discipline.
Lead and execute with mínimal guidance fleet issues meeting customer expectations in quality and on time.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration.
Maintenance of fleet data, outage management.
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline.
Serves as best practice/quality resource.
Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area.
Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, aeronautical or similar engineering.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
- English skills: Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day fluid conversation in English on any topic with few mistakes (mistakes that do not affect clear understanding).Must have fluency,rhythm,and sufficient self-confidence in the language to be able to handle meetings and conversations.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate with senior Leadership and operators (external customers)
