This role will focus on managing the specification system, improving business processes, and providing training to support key R&D priorities. You will collaborate closely across departments to ensure alignment of resources and investments with our strategic objectives, driving impactful projects that shape the future of our innovation efforts.Your Impact:As a Research and Request Analyst, you will have a pivotal role in:Managing the End-to-End Change Request process, working with requesters, assessors, and implementers throughout the entire lifecycle.Ensuring the quality and completeness of Change Request forms before they are assigned for evaluation.Communicating process outcomes and updates clearly to all relevant stakeholders.Providing status updates and key metrics related to process performance.Offering direct system administration support and business process guidance to innovation and legacy specification writers, as well as cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Measurement Sciences, and IT.Acting as the gatekeeper for user security and managing regional access rights to proprietary systems.Analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and offering actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and consistency.Ensuring consistent data management and document distribution practices across the R&D Foods portfolio.Troubleshooting and testing IT applications to ensure smooth, seamless operations.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of cutting-edge R&D projects.
