**Objective of the position**
Coordination of the change management for a vehicle series with production assistance or maintenance/ documentation of progress; coordination of the maturity level increase
**Principal activities**
- Commissioning of production means; assistance in the acceptance of the production means; verification of the effectiveness
- Accompanying the introduction of new production technologies as well as preliminary work for necessary process instructions in cooperation with the specialist department
- Coordination of changes and their deployment dates, taking into consideration the producibility and ideal costs excluding avoidable production faults at DRÄXLMAIER and customers
- Creation/ processing/ communication of documentations (e.g.
development documentations etc.)
in systems (e.g.
in PLM system etc.)
within the project team; support in deadline and cost planning for a vehicle project; coordination of the maturity level increase (e.g.
by means of analyses of the first components and deviation of optimizations etc.)
and elaboration of concrete remedial actions
- Coordination and stipulation of relevant planning parameters with specialist departments/ within the team
- Checking release dates; participating in the stipulation of test and acceptance scopes
- Cooperation in the planning of operating material types and quantities as well as in coordinating the constructive design and its release
- Coordination of drawing contents with the specialist departments, taking into consideration a manufacturing
- and installation-specific layout, if applicable initiation of modifications
**Requirements**:
- ** Professional career**: Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- ** English**: Advanced
- **Relevant experience**: 2 years Harness processes, Automotive industry and Technical Product Management.
- **Technical knowledge**:AEM, Norms, Standards, Internal documents TPM, Development Process, VDA 6.3, 8Ds, Problem solving skills, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001-2015 / ISO 45001:2018, 7 Quality tools.
