.**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Ensure effects of changes affecting Icon MX are implemented in a timely manner.Provide status of change implementation to higher management. Introduce new changes to stakeholders by analyzing impacts and setting actions for differentinvolved departments. Attend engineering and program meetings for pre-release phase changes. Support with priority of change implementation and require changes to design engineering. Maintain accuracy indicators on EBOM and MBOM relationship. Coordinate multiple Engineering and Manufacturing changes through indirect reports to ensure changesimplementation results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Develops mechanisms for monitoring implementation progress and for intervention and problem solvingwith stakeholders. Work with our international partners as focal point for change implementation and support needed. Problem solving with all departments involved on implementation. Leads change planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management, andtroubleshooting for engineering projects. Prepares and delivers presentations to senior management around project status, constraints, and criticalissues and helps facilitate adoption of best practices. Monitors work plan and staffing for each phase of implementation and arranges for assignment ofpersonnel where required. Directs and coordinates activities of stakeholders to ensure project progresses on schedule and withinprescribed resources. Ensures compliance with all company policies and practices in areas such as safety and all regulatorycompliance. Support all company safety, Environmental and Quality programs and initiatives.Includes both maintenance and fabrication of metallic and composite lay-up tooling.**Experiência y requisitos**- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in NPI, PMO or multidisciplinary coordinator position.Engineering degree is desired. English (Advanced -Reading and Writing that allow fluid Presentations and/or Participation inNegotiation Processes-required). Manufacturing company experience. MRP/ERP system understanding. MS Office Intermediate. Continuous improvement system and tools understanding, such as Pareto, 5's, Problem Solving, etc. PMBOK certification or similar (desirable). Microsoft Project Knowledge. Excel advanced level (macros, solver, dynamic tables, etc) Entrepreneurial attitude, goal driver, results focused with a strong bias for action andmeeting deadlines. Extreme attention to detail, self-motivated, and a positive thinker. Team oriented with a priority on organizational goals, motivated by accomplishments.
