**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful rollout of updates, enhancements, and new features on the Fisher Scientific eCommerce site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of change management initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and presentations to educate internal stakeholders and customers on changes and improvements to the eCommerce platform.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback, behavior, and adoption metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
- Drive content updates for website enhancements, ensuring that all changes are effectively updated within website content, and communicated to internal stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement, adoption, and overall customer experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop targeted change management and marketing strategies and be able to pivot and optimize strategies when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a bonus
- Proven experience in change management, downstream marketing, supporting digital platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with eProcurement platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
