Change Management Engineer

As a Change Management Engineer, you will be at the forefront of managing and implementing change initiatives within our organization.
Your expertise will help our team navigate through changes effectively, ensuring seamless transitions and achieving our strategic goals.
What You Will Do Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for projects and initiatives.Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Create and deliver change management communications and training programs.Monitor and report on project progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Support the design, development, and deployment of tools and resources to facilitate change.Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill their roles in change initiatives.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in related field.Advanced English (conversational).Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.Demonstrated success in managing change within a corporate environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
